How much does Sphere Messenger cost?
Nothing. Creating an account, chatting, calling, and using most features is completely free.
How do I create my account?
Tap "Create free account" above, fill in your name, email, and a password. In under a minute you can start chatting.
How do I install the app on my phone?
No app store needed. Open this site in your browser and follow the steps in the "Installation" section above — an icon will appear on your home screen like any other app.
How do I start chatting with someone?
Search for them by name or username inside the app, or share your personal QR code so they can add you directly.
How do I make a call or video call?
Open the conversation with that person and tap the phone or camera icon at the top of the chat.
How do I create a group or channel?
From the chat list, tap the new chat button and choose "New group" or "New channel". You can add participants and choose who administers it.
What is the Messenger Store?
It's a space inside the app itself to show and sell products or services, without needing another app.
Can I use Messenger on my computer?
Yes. From your phone, scan the QR code shown when you choose "Link a device", and your chats sync to the browser.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Only you and the person you're talking to see the content of a conversation. Our team reviews messages only when there is a valid report of a policy violation, always in an audited way.
How do I change the page language?
Use the language selector in the header or at the bottom of the page — 14 languages are available.
How do I activate a Business account?
From your profile inside the app, look for the business account option and fill in your business details. An admin reviews the request.
I have a problem, how do I contact support?
Message the official support account directly from the chat, inside the app itself — no need to leave Messenger or search anywhere else.
How do I buy and pay in the Messenger Marketplace?
Open the listing, tap Buy and wait for the seller to confirm. Then choose to pay through the platform (Ziina, with funds held until you confirm you received the product) or another way via an electronically signed agreement. Prices are shown in your country’s currency and you are charged in the seller’s.
How do I sell and get paid?
Turn on the Business account, sign the seller agreement and complete KYC in the app. Create products from the + button, choose the selling mode (platform, platform or agreement, or chat negotiation only) and see the fee and net instantly. In the Seller panel add your payout method (bank, Payoneer or crypto) and track payouts: available, held until delivery and paid.
How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Sphere is built on reputation: every seller has a percentage computed from reviews, closed sales and disputes, with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Elite levels, shown on each listing and in the public seller ranking. Paid verified accounts also carry the gold shield with star next to their name, in Messenger and in Sphere.
In which currency do I see prices?
Based on the country you sign in from: euros in Europe, dirhams in the UAE, rubles in Russia and dollars elsewhere, with the seller’s original price below. You can set another currency in Settings. You are always charged in the seller’s currency.
Can I buy Sphere memberships and pay by card from Messenger?
Yes. In You › Account › Sphere memberships choose Gold, Business or Elite with the price in your currency. All Messenger payments (memberships, verification and orders) go through the secure Ziina gateway with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay: you are warned before leaving, nothing is charged until the payment is completed and you return automatically to the app.
